JT Krul leaves Green Arrow

CBR reported that JT Krul has joined John Rozum in stepping down from writing duties for a DCnU title, namely Green Arrow. Keith Giffen will replace him. These early changes could just be teething problems, or the could highlight a more seriously problem - do these middle to lower tier books have staying power?
